7. Return Costs and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Mill & Mercer will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition, or upon proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.


 

8. Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Sealed hygiene-related products if the seal has been broken after delivery
